Yangtze ferry & bikes
The ¥1.5 ferry between Wuhan Pier (Hankou) and Zhonghua Road (Wuchang) is the city's oldest commute and its best view. Shared bikes cost ¥1.5 per 30 minutes.
Step by step
- Ferry: walk to 武汉关码头 by the Customs House, scan Alipay at the gate, ride 10 minutes.
- Bikes: in Alipay tap 'Bike', scan the QR on any yellow (Meituan) or blue (Hello) bike.
- Park only in the painted zones or the app will not let you end the ride.
Local tips
- Ferry runs 06:30–20:00 every 20 minutes.
- Bikes are perfect for East Lake; the greenway has rental stations too.
