The story
The 'one bowl of noodles, one bowl of wine' breakfast (一碗面一碗酒) is Xiangyang's identity. The broth uses beef fat and chili and was originally a boatmen's meal on the Han River.
How to eat it
Order 黄酒 (yellow rice wine) with it like a local. Ask 微辣 unless you are sure.
