The story
The rice wine comes from Xiaogan (孝感), an hour north, famous for 米酒 since the Ming dynasty. Egg rice wine is Wuhan's answer to a morning latte.
How to eat it
Drink it hot alongside noodles. Ask 不要蛋 if you want plain rice wine.
